Well... Vince Schlomi (the Sham-WOW dude) probably has his head wrapped in Sham-WOWs, so any impact to his noggin would be softened... kinda like a Sham-WOW-esque helmet. So that's probably why he isn't dead yet.
Then again, if he keeps beating up prostitutes, he might end up on a slab in any other number of ways.
