Not much is new at all.. Trying to figure out this apt switch thing, the missing hardware to my bed and where to get new hardware, how I'm going to get everything moved without hiring people.. Those things.. I'm honestly debating staying here for a while... I just don't have it in me right now...

Well- if you're missing nuts and bolts- those can be pretty easily tracked down at your local Home Depot. You might have problems if you're missing more stylized pieces that AREN'T nuts and bolts, though.

It's nuts and bolts type stuff but they're special ones and I just don't know where they went or how to figure out what will work.. I guess I can go buy a few.. The one's to my table were lost too..

Ooh... you never found the bolts that're supposed to keep the top and bottom of your table together, as well? That's not good at all!

And -despite what you might think- most nut-and-bolt related stuff isn't as "special" as you might think. It's mostly a matter of finding the right diameter and length, which is easy to do.

well I'm going to try.. I'm very concerned about the logistics of the move.. I don't want to pack again, I'm hoping I can do it over a few days, don't know to get a truck, easily confused about this right now... I think I'm just tired of so much bs, tired from working and for sure tired of moving.. but I do so want to be on the first floor....

Well... there ARE disadvantages to living on a lower floor, the most frustrating of which can be having to deal with noise made by your upstairs neighbors. I know this because I used to live in a first-floor apartment and had to deal with the incessant ramblings and shamblings of the dolts who lived above me. Not fun in the least.

If the apartment you wanna move to isn't TOO far away, you might be able to get away with getting a couple of hand-trucks and just schlepping everything around. You probably wouldn't even need to pack, either- just using rope or wratchet-straps to secure all the drawers and stuff to your dressers should be efficient.

But yeah- you'd probably just wanna "coast" into the move and spread it out over a couple of days. That goes especially if you don't have a pick-up truck or something similar to help ferry crap around.
