Depends upon maturity and what you are comfortable with.

As long as it's legal, I'm not sure there's a rule bigsmile

The way I see it, it's just numbers. If two people like each other, it's nobody else's business.

I mean, how big of a difference in shoe size is acceptable?

well i am not sure what would be considered ok, but i really have been enjoying someone (i wont tell) who is 15 yrs younger than i am. i think he is mature beyond his years and continues to surprise me the more i get to know about him. blushing
so i guess as long as you are both adults about the relationship then the age difference should not matter.love

I say age should make no difference. Why discount a whole group of people just because they happened to be born in a certain year. Chemistry is chemistry. So all ages are good, unless there are legal issues with it.

meh... i dont wanna sound like an ass, but i usually do. i think age should be in kinda close proximity. its just the way i think.

i would feel like a total creeper if i started dating anyone 3 years younger than i am. as for her being older than me... well... that part would be simply personal preference. i would have to analyze this situation.

whatever blows your hair back, i guess.

Whatever you and the other person is comfortable with. I've dated a girl twice my age, dated a girl that was 18...and dated a few girls my age. All failures, best of luck.

Isn't the general consensus that women tend to be more mature than men their age, therefore most relationships (at least in my age demograph of the 20s, maybe even 30s) work out where the guy is slightly older. I would imagine as you age it gets to a point where it doesn't make a difference anymore, you're either compatible or you're not. It really depends on where you both are at in your lives and what you want.

if the two can relate and can make it happen then age is def just a number...

IF is the operative word.

heard this somewhere;
the ideal range is where the woman is half the mans age plus 7.

For me - The youngest would be 5 years younger then me.
Oldest - 3 yrs. older.

Everybody's different.

Physical age makes little to no difference to me as long as the mental ages are within 20 decades of each other.

For me it has been 8 years older and 6 years younger would I stretch that it would all depend on the person and the situation at the time.
