this question is for anyone that has never been married,recently divorced,or want to marry in future...would you grt a prenuptual agreement in todays world and why??( and if you did what would you want in it?)

my x wife already got everything that mattered, if someone wants the leftovers they are welcome to pick thru them. stuff is just that....stuff. ive had it , ive not had it , ill probably have it again so as long as i got somewhere for my kids to visit me at, im happy

The way I see it, the stuff brought into the marriage by the 2 is their's individually. Anything attained while married is jointly theirs. Those are the things that should be divided. I would have no problem signin a prenup that agreed to that. shades

The "stuff" that really mattered was my kids and I got them with 100% custody and legal authority. All the rest I've managed over time. The solid "stuff" is really the most ethereal...and matters least.

How should I put this delicatly....aaaahh, HELL NO!

To begin with, a pre-nup in Idaho wont hold up in court.
