2 Great for your general health.

Meh. I'll be dead before I'm 50 anyway according to family history.

3.Great for your nails, makes them strong and longer

Great. I'll just have to chew them off more often. No thanks.

4.Great for your hair, makes it shiny and strong

Ummmm....take a look at the pics in my profile. Shiny strong hair really isn't a concern. Now if it could give me MORE hair...I might be interested...lmao

Ummm...." diet " is nothing more than the word DIE with a "t" attached to it.

Plus it comes in so many great tasting flavors.

Just love it.

I'm with Auburngirl on this one. Haven't found one that tastes good yet.

It has many benefits but if you are sensitive to caffeine it is not good for your stomach or your blood pressure.
