I came to the conclusion that..no matter what our differences are...no matter of race, creed or age and certainly no matter of financial and prestige in the world...we are all made of the same stuff that also supports life.
A basic need of love...compassion and understanding.
Let this then be the place to come to talk..think and hear what we are all trying to say...We Are All One!

Ya Dig?

sorry sal....cant grasp the conceptlaugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh

Okay... here is my two cents....

Saying 'I love you' to a stanger is CREEPY. Love is verb... an action and if the word is not back up with action it is unnatural.

Love can be shown in other ways like was mentioned a smile, a kind word or gesture. But if you go walking around tell people you love them, you might be put in a rubber room.

Secondly, when tell someone other than family and established friends the connotation will be the 'romantic' love. And that is just cruel to put that assumption upon someone.

Everything in this world is energy. But that energy must be directed by an action.... movement... force.

Yes.. love IS a verb.. an ACTION...

AND.. it can be a reflex.. or a conscious choice

Once a being reaches the place where they understand we are ALL connected.. we ALL share a direct link via a (the) Source.. we realize that to not love another is to not love & honor part of ourself. Love does not mean going around smothering people with hugs & mushy words.. true Love is about having sincere and unconditional compassion and concern for every being.

I have over flowing love for mankind... and I'm all good with that

A seed must be planted before something takes form!

But if the soil is not right... then the seed will not flourish.

So going around casting seeds of love without a foundation will be fruitless.

 Nice thread you have going here.

My question is for all who say they have love for all of mankind, does that include ones who have done you wrong in the past? Do you still reach out to that person with unconditional love? If so how do you do that without feelings of anger for what they have done against you?

Oh for those who don't know me I have a bad habit of posing questions that can cause some fascinating debates.bigsmile

Yes absolutely. However, going around telling people that you 'love them' is fruitless without a foundation. And that foundation can be simple.
