that list the penalties for abusing the driving regulations

does not say whether it is a right or a privileged

more than likely it does say it somewhere

as the govt wants the privaledge of stripping the "peoples" freedoms every chance they get

kinda like fishing

is it a right or a priv.

or hunting

or riding a bicycle in town

need to register or license everything it seems

here a fee there a tax

everybody must pay we cant be lax

It said, "There are three ways by which you may lose your driving privileges..."

Just another example of "NOT" enforcing current standards of testing people for driver's license's. Can't fail people, as they may protest. Can't read english...give them a license.
Can't drive properly...give them a license.

DRIVING IS A PRIVLEDGE....NOT A RIGHT!!!!!!

that is an opinion

if driving leads to your happiness it could be considered a right as defined by the declaration of independence

certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

which is also an opinion but i do have supporting documentation

You always have the right to drive..... just not on public roads. That IS a privilege. Usually. Sometimes it's not quite as much.

What do you mean, Wal-Mart doesn't have a drive-thru? Next you're going to tell me there's no indoor parking, either.

yayyy I was right, they are only collecting points by hitting things on the road, off the road, parked, stationary things...

wonder how many points this driver has accumulated?

Elderly driver crashes into Wal-Mart

DANVERS, Mass., June 2 (UPI) --
A young woman and her year-old daughter were hurt Tuesday morning when a 93-year-old man drove through the entrance of a Boston-area Wal-Mart.

Police said the driver, who was looking for a parking place at the store in Danvers, probably hit the accelerator by mistake when he meant to brake, the Boston Globe reported.

"We were fortunate that there weren't more injuries," said Sgt. Robert Bettencourt, a spokesman for the Danvers police. "Considering the time of day, 10 in the morning, they're very busy around that time."

The driver said he was not hurt and refused treatment, police said. His wife and three people who apparently suffered from shock were taken to a local hospital along with the mother and baby.

The little girl was in a stroller. Police said their injuries were not life-threatening.

Tony Mendia, who was in the back of the store at the time, said he heard a loud noise of glass breaking, followed by screams. He saw people running and as he moved up to the front the car and the couple inside.

"They were just sitting there very calm. They weren't fidgeting or anything," he said.

Thats a multiple daily occourance in south Florida. *yawn*

here is the first "women only" parking lot.

This kind of looks like the church parking lot down the street. I have never seen anyone under 60 exit that church, and when they do they tie up traffic for a good 30 minutes on a busy street. They park everywhere, even blocking the sidewalks, and they will stop in groups to chat in the middle of the road. But they own everything in town, including the right to stop traffic it seems.

Here's some points for ya Rose (and maybe it will get adj out of the cross hairs.... scared ) rofl
