REVERSE MOHAWK ?    I kid with my barber and tell him that sometimes... He's like so you want the same and I'm like no I think I'm going to go with a reverse mohawk... I first remember hearing that on Bill Cosby himself..  I don't think you really need a wig...maybe go with a nicer bandana sometimes to keep the sun off your head... What kind of cancer do you have... so they removed my right breast, and all the lympth nodes on my right side. This week we will find out if its anywhere else in my body. So for now, we prey its not, and put it in Gods hands. That's sad to hear yet I'm glad to see you have kept your sense of humor through this... I have had family members that have went through the same and are doing very well.. Get mad at it, stay strong and keep positive... I wish you well...  If you are ever having a bad day and desire someone to talk to,,or even having a good day for that matter and desire someone to talk to let me know... ok? ...Eddie |

So now that I have to get chemotherapy...I guess im gonna have to spot some wigs for a few. Any hot suggestions? Screw that. Just go with the bald look. People will ask about it, and you can spread the word that Breast Cancer is beatable. You have the perfect opportunity, and the perfect " stage " to do it. * edit * I saw someone suggest the bandanna look. That would be a good look too. Here's hoping the doc has some good news for you Roberta.

Tons of cute and cheeky wigs....some dirt cheap. I would be happy to send you a goodie box of new do's!!!!! My friend loved it when I would send her the random box of wigs! Muah baby! |

A good friend of mine just finished up chemo early this year. She looked great bald or with a bandana. As someone mentioned earlier, a wig can get hot in the summer.
Doesn't matter how you wear your hair. When you've got it, you've got it! And you've got it.! |
