So I keep seeing these ads for Colon cleansing. They claim we have tons of toxins etc backed up in our system and that cleansing will help everything from fatigue to making your skin glow! Have you tried it or do you think it's all crap, so to speak?

Well considering what passes thru that nether region I would have to say yes, I think it could improve health in some way.
Do I want to try it? Not so much. |

I know people that have taken the colon cleanse pills from what they have told me its just a waste of money and did nothing

Tina, I've heard of the pills too. OR..guess one could just try the old fashion way of an enema. A sudden rush of warm water up your butt! I would just HATE that!!

Yeah except now they come in pill form so you don't have to feel the rush of warm water up your bowels. That is unless you want to!!
