Andrea, saw your post on the house. Make sure you have that mold analyzed. If it's black mold, it's impossible to get rid of short of demolishing the whole house. If the house is in foreclosure, ask the bank for a warranty that will take care of any problems (mold, etc) so that they're not coming out of your pocket. Many times, they'll do that, just to get it sold. It's a buyers market right now, never hurts to ask for what you want, and more, you just might get it!

Considering there's so many properties in or near foreclosure, and you're not in any real hurry to buy, take your time, don't settle, the right thing will come along.
