I go out witnessing every Monday as a schedule. But I like to tell people of Christ every chance I get.

JOHN 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

ROMANS 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

EPHESIANS 2:
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Practice makes perfect you’ll have to just get out there and do it. When I first started witnessing I felt like I was forgetting something. When I left the house of which I was visiting I forgot to tell them about our Lord Jesus Christ. I would generally ask them to come visit our church. Now that I have done it for a while I learned a few things. For example when you visit the first thing you need to say is what church you’re from so they can identify you. Then tell them your name. It should be the first thing out of your mouth. Before you leave you need to ask if they know Jesus Christ as there Savior.

You need to make sure that the main thing you are there for is to tell of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The lord Jesus will take care of the rest. A lot of people thought I was Jehovah witness come to give them the watchtower. I’ve had some doors slammed in my face. I’ve had everything from people yelling at me or cursing. Each visit is different but the main thing you need to do is identify your Church and yourself before you say anything. Always pray that your visitation will go the way God wants it and that God will lead you. Most of my visits have been very short but there are some you can go in and tell of our Lord’s salvation.

Your better off to visit in pairs because some people are afraid and rightfully so to open the door to a stranger. For some weird reason with two strangers they feel more comfortable. You will come upon a house sometime were there’s just a women there. So if you can get a woman to go with you on visitation it will be better. But you and a friend can go and it will be fine. After you have done visitation for a while you’ll get to know if you need to take a women with you for some houses.

Remember who your there for and you will be just fine. Our lord Jesus Christ will give you the words to say. You will find it to be a blessing to tell the world of the Christ who came to die for our Sin. The Lord did not say it would be easy. Jesus Christ asked all of us to tell the world of his salvation. There are some that has the gift of teaching the bible or being a greeter or many other jobs in the church but we all are supposed to tell the world of His great salvation. I believe you will do great brother.

MARK 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

I respect your views..but feel if Christ were here today...he would be amazed at how much people misinterpet his message.
I believe Christ was who he was...a man in tune to God.But feel the church have it all wrong!

I hear ya...but my pastor says the only thing we need to do is share our own story, our own change..it's the truth, it can't be mis interpreted, or argued. I like that, I share my story, and that's all

Christ is here today-He's never truly left! And the Holy Spirit guides us in all things if we are open to His guidance.

Some churches may be more concentrated in one aspect of their belief than others. That doesn't make them 'wrong' just because they focus on certain aspects of the bible more--they are still preaching the Word of God. Not all churches are the same though. There may be a chuch that is more in tune to what you follow 'specifically', and so long as it follows Jesus and teaches what He taught, it can not be wrong.

We are meant to love each other as Christians, not bicker among ourselves as to whose church is the best or the 'right' way to follow Christ. That's "too" religious of a mindset, too man-made. I say again not all churches are the same, and rightly so! If we are the body of Christ, the body has many aspects and functions. And individually we all have a function or purpose to fulfill in God's will. (We all have gifts and blessing from our Father, be it teaching, intercessing, prophacy, listening, speaking(even in tongues), healing, being compassionate etc...) Just because one chuch is different from another doesn't make it wrong. It's when we put aside our petty petty differences and function all together as ONE united body of Christ, all performing our designated functions together, that we truly become the warriors of God as we are intended to be!!

I'm not surprised that my comment sparked alot of opinions.it always has from the religious communities.I was never one to buy into mine is the correct God and all others have it wrong!
Jesus was a man who accepted all people and the churches today...don't.I am not gay..but your biggest flaw is telling gay people they are sinning!Jesus would be ashamed at such behavior.
Jesus would also be ashamed that you tell all people they are born in sin...that is a terrible thing to say to beautiful souls.
Jesus would also tell you what I believe is true..and you would call blasphamy..We Are All God..and cocreating here together..Christians..Jews..Muslims..Hindu's..Buddhists.We are all one..all of us!

I dont believe in the witness recruiting approach, if someone wants to talk about Jesus, or God, they will. Im completely offended by those people that ask "if you died to day do you know if youll go to heaven or hell? ... annoying... get lost.

True, the Holy Spirit IS God. And since the Holy Spirit is in us all, so is God in us all. But I am still only human, flesh and blood. This place was not intended to be the place of our perfection, but the preparation for it. By choosing to allow the Holy Spirit to guide me in all things, I am lead by God in all choices and responces. Since God is in control, all glory does go to Him.

I disagree. There is no shame in speaking on the Truth. Telling someone they have sinned and that they should repent is acting in Chirst's stead. Because He did just that very thing when He walked the earth.
And it does not matter what sin it is. "WE" (people) take sides and decide for ourselves which sin is the worst.
If someone asked which is worse: telling a lie, stealing a piece of bubblegum, or a violent, gruesome, murder. Most people would respond, "The murder, of course!"
God doesn't see it that way. One sin is equal to another. A sin is a sin is a sin, period. There is no grey area. Your actions are either Godly or they are not.
So telling someone they have sinned is not wrong in and of itself. It is the manner in which they go about doing it.

JESUS would, however, be ashamed of the rallies, the shouting of insults and persecution to homosexuals as they walk by, the violence that ensues. He would be ashamed that these heinous acts are being committed, and with the pretense that it is for the sake of God. Hiding these evil deeds behind His glorious, spotless name to commit these attrocities. THAT would be why He is ashamed. But no true Christian would do such things. Because we know Jesus commanded us(not an idle suggestion--commanded us!) to love one another--even our enemies.

There are many false Christians in the world that we should all be weary of.

Be careful of pointing fingers, you are not always pointing at the right person, and you always have 3 more pointed back at you when you do so.

I am weary of you darling...although i am sure you are a lovely woman when you aren't speaking in half of Jesus.I love it...why seek outside yourself for God when God is inside of you. What church..bible or priest holds your truth?
I speak to God everyday..and he sends this message to you love..."You Got Him All Wrong"

Oh..I forgot...hold on tight now people...God is a woman too..do you agree propheticServant...and believe me..I am not saying that to be shocking...God is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen.tell your church about that and see what they say!

Jesus IS the Truth, the Light, and the Way.
No church or priest 'holds my truth', as you say. My truth comes from Jesus and the Word of God. I do not seek answers from outside sources but rather turn inward as we do not have a silent Lord. He is always transmitting!

Nothing I have said in the name of Jesus is wrong, and everything I have said, I can back up with further Truth.

However as it appears you are only here as an instigator, to spread lies, and to disgrace the Holy name of our Lord and Saviour...my words would fall upon deaf ears. Your attempt to bait me into a quarrel has failed, as well as your attempt to shock me. I know that not everyone will believe as I do, but then, my beliefs do not require them to do so.

Instead I will pray for you, pray for the veil to be lifted from your eyes so that you may see clearly and come to Christ as He intended for you to do.

May God bless you and save you if it is right that He should do so.
