The idea that blondes are stupid is really a reflection of our efforts to keep wanna-be blondes from invading our intellectual space. "Dumb blondes" usually started out another hair-color & chemistry can NOT fix that!
I guess the full answer is "probably" if you are not a natural blonde and have to resort to dye. |
