Dear Diary;

I've been feeling down and depressed for the last week, and I can't seem to shake it off like I normally can. I went to the shelter today to play with cats, but that didn't cheer me up at all. It gets worse but I'll leave it out so I don't scare anyone. I swear I just want to talk to someone, not type or Email, but actually say words to someone about how I feel. I'm going to set an appointment for my counselor tomorrow but right now I feel like I'm going to explode.

My knees seem fine. No word from the doc yet. Thanks for asking.flowerforyou I heard somewhere that the swine flu is up to about 10,000 people world wide.noway

Do you need someone to talk to cloudy??? You can type to me and I can "hear" you.....flowerforyou I can even "feel" emotions.....even on the net.
