I like Cabrito. Like the one EquusDancer is holding. They are soooo tender.  
make sure to buy your cabrito at your local store where the meat was made
I'm not really into the killing part but, ya' gotta' do it to make meat. I don't do it like kosher style. That is too slow and painful for the animal. If it's a chicken or rabbit, I just whack off it's head. Bigger animals, I shoot between the eyes. That drops them quick and they can be bled out sooner. The biggest Feral Hog I processed weighed out at 400 lbs and stretched over six feet. He had fangs 8" long and 1/2" thick. His head is hanging on a fencepost. |

You say hog I see a pigroast - delicious but as the article stated, writer thought it was inhumane to kill animals, prefers we all buy our animal meats at the store in which they are made..  meats, chicken, beef, pork, lamb, etc., are not made in a store, they all come from animals
