what is the one thing that seals the deal in a long-term relationship for you? that ONE thing where you can say, "this is it, this is the person for me?"

No desire on her part to introduce me to any of the following within the first three months: A) her parents B) All her friends, but okay to meet them one by one. If it gets past three months and I'm not bored out of my skull and she hasn't started in with the domesticatrix stuff. Of course, I've only met one person who qualified, so it's not like I have a lot of experience with "this is it." All the rest have been "this is pointless."

It's a number of different things that will give you a specified result. A "sum of all parts" thing, if you will. But the big thing for me is if the other person inspires you to better yourself, and not for selfish personal or financial gain, either.
