If I said, no one would believe me and some, I can't say anyway. Let's just say math and ethics and leave it at that.

I used to be a daycare teacher. I had children anywhere from 0-4 years old so there were a variety of things to teach, depending on the age group I was working with that day.

A lesson that could never have been learned in school...
Street Smarts, living on your own - they really should have some type of class that teaches you how to budget and all of that in high school because it took me a little while to figure it out on my own. Family isn't always there to bail you out when you mess up!

You're a teacher every day. You can be the good example. Or the bad.

I homeschooled my kids until they wanted to try something different- life is a lifelong learning process- I teach at a homeschool resource center- I keep taking classes in things that interest me.......does that count?

I used to councel kids at high school level about depession..Most of the time they only needed to know that someone else had been there, done that... That it's ok to be different,to be yourself, not to judge others as you may be in their shoes sometime, ask for help if you need it....

I have taught martial arts classes in York, Pa. ,,,,but most of all I love to teach kids things about life and relive it all again through their eyes... I really love their expressions and enthusiasm when they truly understand something new from not knowing it at all... That is priceless to me...

What school didn't teach me?

A lot. I had a lot of bad teachers and taught myself a lot that the average public school teacher can't teach, because they can't teach.

As far as what have I taught. It was part of my first aid certification to teach first aid, CPR, and ****. We had an instructor to reference with, but we were left on our own with what we needed to cover. It is pretty fun with all the hands on practical work we do.

My other teaching involves lectures to people that don't want them.

I am not talking about diplomas or collegiate degrees......

What have you taught?

What has someone taught you?

This is the stuff that cannot be learned in books....

Me Personally, I have taught several art and "Dinosaur Week" classes for the local kids...(they love that sh*t)

I spent 8 years of my life teaching women's self-defence...(my Father's Kyokushinkai school mandated it.....) I learned so much about the nature of women....yet, I am too dense to learn from it....

The thing of it is...

through out all my stupidity...I have had some one teach me something...I have accidentally helped people (When they stand before God...if they just blame me.....They will be fine.)

What is the thing you learned that you would never learn in school?

oh yeah,i had a teacher and man did she ever teach me some stuff!.i have put it to good use every since smokin

When I had my grooming shop in Orlando, I taught quite a few of my bathers how to become a professional dog groomer... I was able to give them the tools to better themselves in a career where you usually have to pay big money to attend school. Some went off to start their own businesses while some stayed to help my business flourish...

I've also taught Native American jewelry making, interior home painting, cabinet making & crafts. The old saying is so true: Give a man a fish & he eats for a day...teach him to fish & he eats for a lifetime...

I have a few friends I used to hang out with and train with in Atlanta that were in swat, and my good friend Eric Lead that taught paratroopers... I was a boy scout for years and feel comfortable in the woods yet I have always wanted to take courses and be trained by someone that was a professional Military escape and survival instructor... That's awesome brother... I would eat worms and bugs but I don't know if I could eat the azz out of a skunk... That's hard core man...ha!
Do you still teach at all?
