Besides joining up with Hendricks there are some other matters tothink

There are still many smaller -- but nonetheless important -- details to
be worked out, including whether or not a deal can be worked out with
DEI to let Earnhardt continue driving the No. 8 car he currently pilots,
and whether or not Hendrick's organization, already sponsor-rich, will
be able to absorb another major one in Budweiser, which many assumed
would follow Earnhardt wherever he went.

I was hoping it wouldn't be with Hendrick....really hoping...guess I was
wrong...

Just like Junior said in the interview...You can still draw a line in
the sand. The fans can still pick individual drivers like always. Junior
even said that the rivalry will still be there between him and
Jeff.

Dale is the name of my x husband, and as far as I know he gave up racing
for the rocking chair in front of the TV

Junior may look pretty funny in a chicken suit from Kelloggs. He will
have to make up for it by pouring Budweiser on his cereal!

Looks like Shrub Busch is the big boy on the auction block now!!

If Junior Changes his colors you will see a big color change in the
stands. If he goes with White ...that will suck. He better think long
and hard on a good scheme that will be attractive. The brown truck or
green would make me puke!! Fans will not continue wearing someone elses
colors. I won't. The little stitched name can be easily changed on any
jacket......snip snip!!
I just hope that Budweiser sticks with him so we don't all have to buy
chicken suits!!!

When will he step out like Waltrip did and create his own team? It's
time for the most popluar racer in NASCAR to step up and step out!
Hendricks? What gives with that? I can't stand Gordon or Johnson! Will
DE Jr be able to withstand those two as teammates? His Stepmother is
lost in space.....

Jr. does not want to make his own team because it is too much
responsibility. He just wants to win! He has picked the best team with
the best equipment so that he can accomplish his gols. Later he may get
his own team but not now. Waltrip fell on his face when he tried it. TOO
RISKY!!
Jr. is friends with JG and JJ. They will be fine. He will be better off
having a man calling the shots above him instead of the witch. Hendricks
will spend what is needed to accomplish the task of winning races!! He
also said that all drivers will get equal equipment and cars.

Amen Yelm, I put away all my #8 stuff as soon as I heard about
Hendrick's. I'll be damned if I wear anything associated with that bunch

I think that is a little extreme but that is your choice. I agree with
what Junior said in an interview. You can still draw a line in the sand.
He still considers Gordon as an adversary but now they will both have
the same equipment so it will be a better gauge of who is actually the
better driver. Junior always was friends with the Hendricks bunch and a
little inter-team rivalry will keep them on their toes. I would love to
hear some of the bantering that will go on in that race shop!!!

Hes ahead of Dale in the points with inferior equipment even to Jrs...

Whats up with that????

Truex has the new engines and it has made him a rocket!! He always was a
great driver. That's why Junior was so upset at the witch. NOW she
finally broke open her piggy bank and got together with RCR and the
engine sharing deal!!!

The bottom line I think is Jr. wants nothing more then to be on the
list of great drivers that have won the season championship. He has it
in his blood to be the best and he is talented enough to pull it off if
given the right equipment. The car could be the same color as his
dad’s first car and sponsored by Larry’s chicken gizzards and the
fans would wear pink and purple while eating Larry’s chicken gizzards.
Look at the history of hedricks team and tell me he is making a mistake.
Hell, just look at this season alone.
If Dale were still alive things would be different but he isn’t and
that’s a whole other story in itself. Just because Jr. and Jeff will
be on the same team doesn’t mean that they wont be racing each other
and I know who had the better teacher.
So be it red or pink or even white, Bud or Larry’s, (We know it’s
going to be a chevy but) Chevy or Ford Dale Earnhardt Jr. wants to be
what he knows and we know he is…A CHAMPION !!!
As for the so called Mrs. Earnhardt… she needs to watch and learn…
she has now lost two of the best men that anyone could ever have in
there life. The first, a tragedy. The second, stupidity, and greed.

Exactly...Jr. will be a champion. Ding Dong the witch is dead!
Did you know why Seniors car was pink?...He used all the extra left over
paint in the shop and mixed it so he would have enough to paint the car.
He did not have the money to buy more paint. Yes...Red and white makes
pink....lol

Sounds like you're an Earnhardt fan be it the 3 or the 8. That's exactly
right about the pink car. Sometimes you just have to do what you gotta
do. I think it is a very smart move for Jr and the relationship has been
there since he was born so why not. It doesn't matter to me what color
the car is, who's logo is on the hood, what number it is sporting as
long as over the drivers window it says Dale Earnhardt Jr. that's my
car.

Jr. will prosper like a million rabbits in heat. His whole plan is to
win some championships and when the witch dies, he will take over DEI
and run the business.

Your funny..lol This is EXACTLY why he did not go with RCR. All you
people expect him to be better than Daddy. He wants to separate himself
from the family. He has had that sht hanging over his head long enough.
He never once said he was as good as his Daddy. He is better in many
ways. That's not true that a good driver can win anywhere. If the damn
witch would have coughed up the money he would still be at home.
Hendricks puts the money where it is needed. Without a good team and
proper backing you can't win consistently. You are a fool if you think
differently. You are living in the past. Nascar has the screws tightened
down so tight on these guys that the game all changed. Hendricks is good
but the playing field is getting more even with less room to work and
equal aero. Keep in mind that this is a team sport. All cogs have to be
clicking along with no errors. Gordon would improve any team by 25%
because of his talent!! I agree..Junior is not an Intimidator...Thank
God!! He was the dirtiest driver out there. He would not survive long
with the new Nascar rules. He would have so many penalties he would be
sitting in Michael Waltrips position!! The good ole boy era is dead and
buried with Sr. Junior has evolved and has learned from Daddies
mistakes. Sr. was hated by many people till he died. Then all of a
sudden they all loved him. I don't get it. He would beat and smash his
way through the pack every time. He would spin you out if you didn't get
out of his way. He was not a clean racer. What was he doing when he
died...He was blocking the whole race so his boys could win.
