Actually if a ghost does exist, I wouldn't mind meeting one. That would actually be fascinating. To bad Hollywood makes ghosts into something gruesome and dangerous. Come on! How can you not like Casper the friendly ghost My friend who is psychic had never tried to contact a dead person. I asked her if she could talk to my X-Husband.... she did not know if she could or not. Then she did. Totally freaked me out. She practically channeled him. He spoke to me just like he used to. I was shocked at what came out of her mouth. She knew things she could not have possibly known. Now whether she was tapped into the subconscious collective or channeling my X-husband I don't know... but something was definitely gong on there!! I told her I did not want to talk to him anymore but she was very new to this kind of thing and she did not know how to 'get rid of him.' She finally had to leave and go home and get involved in her work to get rid of him. Now if a person wanted proof of something... I have a picture of this woman with an orb floating at her forehead. It is a blue ball of light. She said these lights often show up in her photos, but this particular one was really significant. I zoomed in on this picture, (a digital picture) and found three dots in the dead center that if you were to draw a line through them you could form a perfect five pointed star. |

Blah blah blah. Fact: we all hallucinate for more often then we realize. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnagogia http://www.sleepassociation.org/index.php?p=hallucinationsduringsleep http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/exchange/node/1804 Fiction: there is evidence for paranormal entities. Fact: Science has lead us to ALL of our current understanding of reality, religion and psychics, and magic has led to 0 knowledge about reality. Hypnopompia So just because someone made up a name for this state of consciousness, you call that science or "fact?" That is so much crap I can't believe you accept that lame explanation as science or as fact. The level of consciousness this article describes is what Robert Monroe calls "Level 10" It is when the body is asleep and the mind is still aware or awake. This level of consciousness can be learned and practiced and it is the state one must get into before doing astral or out of body activities or 'travel.' Martial artist and Ninja fighters and other fighting arts learn how to reach this state so that they can detect when their enemy is sneaking up on them even when they are apparently sound asleep. So someone decides to call it "hallucination" because what is seen and experienced by the individual who is in this state cannot be seen and experienced by an outside observer. Blah blah balh.. but I'm not surprised by that at all. Even Robert Monroe thought he was hallucinating or insane when he started doing this and when he started doing out of body travel and meeting entities (non human life forms). He went to several psychiatrists and they told him he was not insane or psychotic. This is where one might get into the discussion about what is real. To the mind, if it has a real effect on you, and it looks real and feels real and is indistinguishable from 'reality' then who determines if it is real? If a state of consciousness CAN exist that can convince the observer that what he sees IS REAL, then logic follows that this current reality that we all see (together) and AGREE UPON can very possibly also be a so-called "hallucination." What makes it "reality" then, is that we all share the same experience, see the same thing and we all agree that it is "real." So as Skyhook has always asserted, reality is determined by agreement. So what other things about this reality makes it appear to be real? Well, its duration. It is not here one minute and gone the next. It seems to be a persistent illusion or a persistent hallucination (as Einstein called it.) Also, the senses we have are so enhanced that we can feel, touch, taste, smell, hear and see things and interpret them as "real" things because they last as long or longer than we (observers) do. But what science defines as an "Hallucination," cannot be seen or verified by the community or group, so they have AGREED that it is NOT real but a hallucination. But they are not the final authority of what reality is. They are just a community who agrees what it is and they assert their authority upon others. So now dreams are real? That is what you are describing above. Dreams. Lucid dreaming or dreaming while being aware of. It allows you the chance to do whatever you want. The thing about though is that no really leaves their body or meets aliens or ghosts because it is all a dream. It is only in your mind. |

It is simply a level of awareness. It is when your body is asleep and yet your mind cannot effect it so it seems paralyzed. (Its not paralyzed.) It is just in that state that it must be in when you do dream. If you don't go into that state before you dream, you will be sleep walking all over the place while you dream. So you go into that state just before you dream. If you do not start dreaming, your mind is just awake but your body is asleep. You cannot seem to move your body with your thoughts at that point. It seems like you are paralyzed. If you see or hear things in this state that is what scientists are calling "hallucinations." But are they really? I am not so sure. I think you are seeing into another kind of reality. But it is all in the mind. Every bit of it. |

Your life's not perfect? Mine is. And "perfect" is not being married to Brad Pitt. Seriously our lives are what we make of them. They are what we think about. What are you thinking about? Look around you... that is the result. |

Correction: The blue orb in a former post that I found at my psychic friends forehead, when enlarged had five dots in the center not three. These five dots, when you draw a line from one to another form a perfect five pointed star.
Also, the orb had another smaller orb attached to it. I will see if I can find the enlarged picture and post it. This picture was taken from quite a distance away indoors. You can't see an orb in this picture but there is that light on her forehead. I have other pictures of her but it is only the ones taken without her knowledge that seem to have the lights. |

No. I have a much better picture than that. This is just one of many where there are unexplained lights on and around her head. She is psychic. These lights show up in a lot of her pictures where she is not aware of being photographed. This one I just assumed it was a reflection of some sort, but the picture was indoors with no flash. This, together with other pictures I have seen of her and one in particular, just start to add up to something. This one could just be a reflection from overhead lights. I never thought much of it. |

Here is an address with an enlarged version of the digital orb. http://www.bacaracka.com/400/orb.jpg Yes, this was the enlarged version. The picture above was cropped from a larger picture and she was in the background. I haven't found that picture on my computer yet. |

No its not. There are no chemicals in my digital camera.
You will come up with any explanation that will suit what you want to believe like everybody else does. I am just presenting my evidence. I don't much care if you believe it or not. The woman is connected to information that she has no way of knowing, and many pictures of her have these lights around her head taken by other people. They can't all be 'chemical' spots. Even so, it would be mighty strange that they are always around her head. Also, if you look carefully, you can see her hair and skin showing through the blue light. A 'chemical spot' would have distorted or destroyed the image behind the light. |

Amazing that one can have such ability to talk to ghosts. I wonder if it is selected or something practiced that the majority can't learn about?
It surely is beyond my knowledge, although I must say animals seem awfully attracted to me lately. Many odd occurrences happening as of the last two months. I want to point out that there are many things that happen in our world that has no explanation for as of yet. The supernatural can be possible. Just because there is no explanation doesn't mean it doesn't exist. People use to believe that those who claim they will land on the moon one day are nothing but nutcases and full of senseless imagination. When it was done everyone fell silent and couldn't believe that it truly happened. So just because there isn't a credible explanation for it at the moment doesn't mean it isn't possible or it doesn't exist. Perhaps ghosts do exist or spirits. Perhaps there is a way to communicate with them. Perhaps such things don't exist, but until then we can only speculate and fascinate oneself of the events that do happen no matter how much creditibility it has. |

Jeromy you are mind poison. This is just not the case where I am concerned. I don't WANT to believe anything. I look at the evidence I see and learn from my PERSONAL experience and I use my logic and reason and I come up with a conclusion or possibility to consider.
It is more evident and more common for a person who does NOT want to believe something outside of his comfort zone, that they come up with lame excuses and explanations for things that don't even check out or make sense, (like two drunk Irishmen with sticks and ropes creating all the intricate crop circles all over the world.)... or anyone with sticks and ropes. I guess there is a huge cult of stick and rope people who have nothing better to do than go out in the pouring rain and make designs in the grass in the dead of night in locations where they may not even be discovered. That makes no sense at all.... so no that explanation does not fly for crop circles. and like saying that that light in that picture is a chemical stain. That is NOT a photograph it is a digital image. There are NO chemicals in my digital camera. So he is going to have to dredge up something else to appease his puzzled mind. Like: oh lets see.... I have a faulty camera, or I put it there myself on purpose and/or I am just pulling a scam on everyone. Well, that would imply I am a liar. Well I am not a liar and would not waste my time on childish stunts like that. Just like I doubt if there is a cult of crop circle makers that go all over the world making crop circles. Creative sent me to a site that suggested that, but he obviously did not read the whole site. It was a joke and a spoof if you read all of the pages you would be found rolling on the floor laughing. |
