I have two best friends and they are both female. I do have other friends of both sexes, however.

I have one of each, although i have lost "friends" in the past because they had other feelings for me that eventually came to the surface and since the feeling wasn't mutual they ended our so called
"friendship".

You can have both. But if you have to mostly girl friends, then your probably gay. Or your a nice guy...HA HA HA HA!!

I haveth jokes!!

well you're not wrong im really nice to a fault. the prob i have now is now i have hot female friends and the girl im with gets insecure

If the 'hot female friends' came after our relationship began, then I'd probably be bothered as well, especially if my boyfriend referred to them as 'hot' - the way you did.

As the guy, your actions and reactions can make your woman trust you, or not. It doesn't always stem from her insecurity.

My best friend IS my boyfriend but, besides him, I have a couple of close girl friends and a close guy friend but spend far more time with the girls.

My partner has been my dearest friend for over 7 years...4 of which we were in a relationship.

I have beautiful galpals, and amazing men friends..

Gender doesn't come into that beautiful thing called friendship.... it is two people who care for, support, and embrace each other's hearts.

i usually don't bond well with other women.

most of the women i am acquainted with in real life are frivolous (caring more about hair than about major academic or world issues), dumb, judgemental, grudgeful, and dishonest.

when i go about my day, i get attention from both males and females, however it's men who are very friendly, flirtatious and more willing to introduce themselves to me, while women would be standoffish while they just stare (presumably assessing my clothes and hair...)

i figure it's because i'm 20 and i've only just come out of high school 2 years ago. at university it still is evident but less so. more with girls who are my age and younger. women who are older then i am are much better.

anyhoo, its always been easy for me to develop close friendships with guys. some of whom i've had to cut off because they developed feelings for me and wanted nothing to do with me if i didnt return the feelings. but others i get the big brother vibe from, which i find comforting.
