So...how many of you regularly participate in your homestate Chat threads? The Texas room stays fairly busy...but everyone else I talk to says theirs are soooooooooo slooooooooow & dead.
I see so many complaining that everyone lives so far away...so how come the disinterest? |

Florida room is dead unless you count the guy who posted a tolstoy long post on religion, besides that its all holla out if ya in jax/orlando , whereever. that why I post whatever random thought i am having On the general . That and the fact i like threads that make you think about more than bang or not to bang

Mine is too chat-like for my liking.
I don't mind the odd off-topic post here and there, but I hate to sift through pages and pages of stuff that has no relevance to me. It's like walking into a party that's been in progress for hours and you're left wondering what's going on. |

Then there once this Boston teeny bopper who claimed she liked Hockey so I asked her 4 friendship.She glanced at my profile then ignored me.  I don't even bother w/it anymore.

Motown is right, though. No offense intended, but there are plenty of corn-feds and cake-asses. The ones that are desirable are usually so stuck on themselves, they won't give you the time of day, they're already spoken for (big surprise there), or they're WAYYY too young.
If I ever wanted to look for a woman again, I sure as hell wouldn't look for one from my own state.
