So...how many of you regularly participate in your homestate Chat threads? The Texas room stays fairly busy...but everyone else I talk to says theirs are soooooooooo slooooooooow & dead. I see so many complaining that everyone lives so far away...so how come the disinterest? I've tried both the Illinois and Indiana forums -- the only ones posting in there are the tumbleweeds -- oh, occasionally, you'll get a "hi" or a "sup" -- not exactly a bastion of lively conversation --

I was thinking about going to the Michigan thread and starting a... "Free Beer For All Who Enter", but all the bible thumpers would come out of the closet and spank me.

Perhaps we should have a designated "Homestate Chat Day" to promote our local areas...but then again, I have a feeling MOST peeps would be talkin' to da crickets!

THere are only 5 of us from Mass active in the forums, so other than my thread which is only active in the winter there is nothing going on in the Mass forums.
