Im a Brit, most of you are Americans/Canadians. Do you think we are really any different? What are these differences? I'm not sure what our differences are. I think we're all pretty much the same, of course there's some diferences in our cultures, but we are all basically the same. |

american's have funny humor and good food... britts are stiff, and the food sucks over there!

One huge difference though is Religion. A large proportion of Brits have given up on it. This is true for Christianity at least. |

Americans tend to be spoiled and unhappy. Brits seem to me to be less spoiled and happier. How's that for generalization? Perfect! Though i dont know for sure that you guys are more spoiled. In fact maybe the standard of living here is higher than in the US. I dont know that for sure though. I don't know about the standard of living, but somehow it seems that everywhere I go, Mexico excepted, the people are more content. but then again, you don't see a true crosssection of the people when you go on vacation (or holiday if you must). |

British humour kicks the butt of american humour and anyone that disagrees will get hate mail! lol Im not sure food is better in the US either. Over there though its cheaper and the portions are way larger! fortnight is just one word, get it right! |

In fact maybe the standard of living here is higher than in the US. I dont know that for sure though.  That would depend on which state you are talking about. For example,I come from Kentucky and thats one of the poorer states. I think California probably has the best quality of life standard.
