After all hes done to me I still cant stop thinking about him! This is the first time in a yr Ive gone a day without talking to him! I know I shouldnt call him... all it does is make me more upset! but I cannot get him out of my head! I feel like a crazy person

Karly, This doesn't sound healthy hon. I know it hurts but if it was meant to be, it will be. Focus on you right now. Make a list of all the things you like to do and start doing them. The better you are, the more you are able to give the right person. He may or may not be that person.

It will get better, after 15 years my wife left one took and kids and gone, no explanation, no note, a phone call 2 days later to say they weren't coming back. that was 2 and half year ago, it took most but not all of that time to get to the point where I finally woke up and said, hey she wasn't in that dream. Cool.
