Topic: What do girls think of skinny guys compared to other body ty | |
---|---|
Im a fairly slender and skinny guy. I try working out but I can't get enough fat on my body to turn into muscle. Im not exactly scrawny but im not muscular. Physical appearances seem to play such a key role in initial attraction, just want to know what goes through your head.

I thought my first husband was all that with mustard on him. He was 6'2" and weighed 140lbs wet. Nice little butt!!! So tight!!!! Oh, sorry, got carried away........ Only time it wigged me was when he'd lie down and he had 3 inches between the bed and the sky, and I could count his ribs and see his heart pound. Pretty darned skinny!!
I always said he'd make a beautiful woman. So he got a sex change... NO HE DIDN'T!! But we had a beautiful daughter who looks just like him. She's GORGEOUS!!! |

Hi! I personal think that whether you are fat or skinny you should be looked at as a person. So what who cares if you can fit in a size 0 or barely get your ass in a size30! I'm so tired of people being so up tight about weight. Your a beautiful unique person regardless of what you wiegh. And remember if a person can't find you as in individual appealing then maybe they are too shallow for you.

Thank you both for your responses! I was just wondering if some people might think, hmm most skinny guys are nerdy and shy or dont like to go outside and play sports. But yea, appearances definitely not number 1 when considering a person but big in that first encounter

I like them. :]
I mean, I was able to share clothes with my ex-boyfriend. We were the same size in the waist, very small. He was a bit more muscular than me, though.. but still. I like it! Hahh. |

Dude, Lots of skinny guys myself included somehow manage to get out there.
I've been in three serious relationships and all of them were with girls that outweighed me the last one sucked Bi@#ch dumped me after the engagment got boring, And I made her last car payment and insurance payments. But we get out there, if you've got a good personality it doesn't matter what you look like, you can make a splash in someones life even if when you jump in a pool you make a little ripple. Good luck man. |

i was scrawny.you dont need fat to gain muscle, you just have to work harder.im still skinny, but im stronger than i need to be and it works for me.you just need some time, some weights, and something to bite down on.just saying,if it bothers you, dont settle.

Im all in on the good personality scale. I just hate that you might not have enough time when you first meet someone for them to really see you and who you are.
Im definitely not settling, ive got a nice gym routine going on but Im not doing it for the girls so much as for myself. Thanks for all the input everyone, many thanks |

skinny guys are hot. fluffy guys are to. even before i gained weight i always liked both and dated both. my last ex was 5 ft 9 an 130 pounds. wich is kind of hard. i swear he never gained a pound. he had the cutest littlest bubble but though. big people and skinny people can be nerds. oh. and i hope none of my bfs wear my clothes. im pretty sure id be creeped out if he said. hey hunny thats cute......can i wear it?

I personally am for muscle but not to much. When it comes to skinny guys and me I don't wanna out weight my guy because I have some muscle on me as is.
I have a best friend who is a skinny skinny guy. I believe it's all in the personality and how you present yourself. Often skinny guys come off nerdish or what not but if you go out with your friends, have a good time, find clothes that fit you well, and are confident, you can have your pick of the litter. |

Nah, it's not hard at all. It's much harder for us types to gain weight than maintain it...even if we want to. |

I'm a thin guy too & find that a lot of women don't mind or like that I am. Just don't let it bother you or do something about it so you gain some confidence. That's what women are looking for IMO.

Honestly, I don't have interest in men who are skinny. If I can see you're ribs and whatnot, you're being handed the friend card. I'm half italian so I prefer men who look like they eat on a regular basis (I'm not trying to be insulting). Plus, I wouldn't feel secure with someone who was skinny. I prefer muscular, stocky or a few extra pounds but thats just me. I don't want to outweigh the guy

I don't want to weigh less than the woman I'm with which is one of the reasons I prefer thin women. I have been attracted to other body types too, but as a general rule, that's what I like. |
