People are afraid of death because it is the end. There is nothing after, so they turn to religion. I figure if they need it to make their life more comofrtable be my guest but the fanatics of the world that insist that everyone has to follow religion, they make me nuts.

Which really shouldn't be that hard. The Earth has been around for Billions of years before we showed up, and it's been around for thousands of years since we first showed up. I imagine the world without me in it would look pretty similar to how it looks now. Overall the same, but with some differences.

I finally looked at the detail in that picture and it seems like G-d is the one stretching to reach the man who is lazily just sitting there barely able to look in the direction of the outstretched hand.
