I think I can handle that, and yes I did hurt it there at bootcamp. Thats what I get for trying to be a tough guy when my body says NO.

Yeah I was thinking that the other day when you said the instructor saw through you.. I figured you'd push yourself... Well let me know I have patches for pain and other stuff, depends on what you want/need...

He does and is dehydrated... I'm going to let him sleep as much as possible and try to hydrate him but being the age he is I have to be careful b/c mommy isn't the first choice... lol

I would try to feed him something other than water to hydrate him. I know the pharmacy or GNC would have something that would probably work more efficiently.

Pedialyte is the best... I used to give it to them when they were little... I'll get some when I get my car...
