 I could never really do the diet thing but did start to just eat healthier and once I got going with the excercise bit didn't really have to "diet" per say to loose the weight
Once you get the extra energy going and feeling better makes it much easier |

Yeah. Just eating healthier will often help you lose weight. There's no need to do the starving routine or do any of those lame-o exercise fad things- all you need to do is up your activity level (this goes especially if you DON'T have an activity level) and you'll be fine.
