Prncs- could there be any chance that your son ended up getting the same thing you were wrestling with for the last couple of weeks? I mean... it seems rather suspicious that he'd come down with a respiratory ailment only days after you got one, you know? At any rate- I hope he's doing all right. |

sorry guys he's having a really rough time.. I feel so bad, he's in so much pain, having trouble breathing and there's nothing I can do.. I keep trying different things to try to make him feel better...
Moof, it's probably a strain of what I had... It's hard to tell, they did a chest xray, ekg, blood, etc. But said really it just has to work it's way out, antibiotics won't help and aren't prescribed... He's a tough guy and this is bringing him to his knees, I feel so helpless... |

Yeah... that's what I was thinking... that he picked up whatever you ended up getting a couple of weeks ago. And yeah- antibiotics won't do much of anything against a viral infection at all, as those are more suited for killing off bacterial things.
Letting the virus work its way through would be about the only thing that can be done, like your doc said. At any rate, here's hoping your son comes through okay. Hope your other issues get rectified soon enough, too.

Thank you Moof... I will have it all under control.. Figured out I'll just take them one thing at a time.. I'm not used to car issues so it caught me off guard... not used to not being able to fix everything quickly with determination.. I guess that's life, we learn new things all the time and this last few weeks has taught me that when you learn to handle anything thrown at you, life starts throwing them all at once so I had to learn to handle that.. I've got this... LOL
