A bag of worms is a bad deal, like a used car, its a F**king bag of worms. a quick google search yields many results for the phrase "can of worms" meaning "something that will cause a lot of problems and is, on balance, probably going to cause more trouble than it's worth" however, "bag of worms" yields results concerning some sort of male genital disease
