Topic: Any inspirations of what to do at home? | |
---|---|
I completely run out of ideas of what else I could do on my own at home. I live on my own and when I'm not working I like sometimes staying indoors. There must be other things that I could do apart from watching TV, DVD, long bath, sleep, dressmaking, knitting, using the net, cooking.....
What do you do at home, if you are of course single and without kids? |

Hummm, have you ever thought of getting out of the house? Go to the library, find a park and take a stroll. Is there a college near by? Maybe you could audit a class and learn something new. Like painting or photography. Go to the dollar store and pick up a drawing pad and some pencils and draw whats out your window. Or what ever comes to mind to draw.
Hope this helps. |

Do what you love ...
Dance, sing, write, paint .... or better yet, get out of the house. Go for a walk. Connect with nature. Call a friend. Go to an art exhibit. Plan a vacation. When you enjoy your own company, you can't really be lonely. |

I have lots of hobbies, so I'm rarely bored. Inside I do oil painting, scrapbooking, reading, and researching anything that interests me. I also sell online for myself and other people, so that keeps me pretty busy scheduling appointments and showing merchandise.
I really prefer being outside though. So during warm months, like now, I spend almost all day outside, except for little breaks here and there to ease my back. I start each day off with a 3 mile walk. After that I'm working in my gardens, which encompass my entire yard. My gardens alone are a full-time job. I am going to start volunteering again with Habitat for Humanity. You might consider finding a charitable outlet for your energies. It's very rewarding and you meet some of the best people in your community. It's also a great way to learn some new skills without having to pay for the education. |

I like to make jewelry and be creative. For me it is a really good hobby when I have the time.
Why don't you try finding a hobby you enjoy doing. |

Kidnap your neighbours pets, shave them, paint their toenails green and then video the neighbours reactions when they see their pets new look. |
