Not necessarily. Some people get false hunger pangs. Their bodies never know when they are TRULY hungry.

I forget to eat most of the time......and I find it annoying when my stomach starts hurting and grumbley.

Not really. A lot of people get the same brain signals for hunger and thirst. I feel hungry all the time. But half the time it is thirst. So I try to drink lots of water.

And no matter how much I eat in the day, I'm constantly hungry until I hit about 1800 calories. Then it turns off like a switch. Only now I have the entire evening to go and get hungry at bed time.

So I'm trying to force myself to wait a while and drink some water every time I get hungry to see if it will subside or not.

Disagree. Weight still comes on when as you age and genetics plays a role in it too.

Yep, I eat just to eat, ever though I am not hungry...I hate that...It's hard to stop myself from doing it.

Exercise everyday and proper nutrition with 3 regular sized healthy meals and a couple of healthy snacks. No fast food and no pizza. Fish a few times a week helps too. That's what works for me.

Im not fat...and yes I get focused on something or Im too busy and I forget to eat.

There is a lot of truth in it, but as others say "i'm always hungry" or "i'm hungry many times" etc..it has to do with the custom of "eating 3 times a day" and snacks etc...your body gets used to it from early on.

There is also the thing of what you eat when you're hungry.

Food is my friend. I'd eat almost constantly if I could, but you'd never know it to look at me. I have such a high metabolism, it burns off as fast as I eat. Keeps me at a steady weight, and never fails to piss a lot of people off.

I have to disagree also, since usually it isn't not only that a lot of people over eat it is what they eat.

For example the more empty high calorie foods you eat the more you will crave of them.

As for asking how to get wt off quickly... NO such thing without running the risk of gaining that and more back. A person doesn't gain it quickly nor should they loose it quickly.

Eating a healthy balanced diet with plenty of exercise is the only way I know of to take weight off and keep it off.
