To hop on a ride and travel through the mountains. Stop at a bar have a few and head back home Usually a few quiet hours sitting on the beach, watching the waves crash and the sun go down work for me. But, with tornado warnings and flash flooding - no chance of that today. |

head out for a drive, go to the shooting range, take a hike, have a bar be que, meditate, tai chi, yoga, vary and repeat...
