When it is all said and done - what makes you feel better? Any suggestions? I start listening to music...first heavy metal because i'm pissed..then as i go through my mp3 collection I end up with something mellow. |

Sleep Music (really LOUD music) Alcohol (this one usually works pretty well for me lol) |

OH, another thing I do is look for OrangeCat picture thread. That always brings a laugh and soon forget what put me in a funk.

I'd say I do the same with my keyboard, but the sounds of a piano have little effect on small mammals. I definitely need to think about getting a sound mod for that thing.

Crank up the music and dance around the house! Some songs I like, of course it does depends on what put me in my funk: Footloose, Turn Me Loose, Rapper's Delight, Ice Ice Baby, Gives You Hell, Lady Gaga's Dance Remix, anything with a beat that I can turn up loud and act like a silly monkey dancing all over the house I am sorry you are having a rough time.
