head out for a drive, go to the shooting range, take a hike, have a bar be que, meditate, tai chi, yoga, vary and repeat... Shooting range - yes, that would be very, very helpful. If it wasn't raining so much - I would go for a walk tonight. Need to learn yoga and tai chi - would help alot, I think. |

To hop on a ride and travel through the mountains. Stop at a bar have a few and head back home Usually a few quiet hours sitting on the beach, watching the waves crash and the sun go down work for me. But, with tornado warnings and flash flooding - no chance of that today. Time spent at the beach has always restored my soul also. Sorry you had a bad day. Venting to a friend usually works for me also.
