Do you reply to every thread you look at? absolutely not, but I neither believe that all the mingle members who post are the ones looking at all the threads. What I'm trying to say is, as the title says...some view us just "weird"....I had some people I talked to who never post..were actually scared of me, I don't know how to say it...intimidated by having a list of friends in my account? I'm not going to say what she said...but trust me..made me feel like being viewed as a weirdo. I guess what I don't get is why it bothers you if someone thinks you're weird. Though, I'm not sure I get why you think others think you're weird. |

What I don't understand is, this site has forums, yet there is only a fraction of members who post.
What else is there to do on this site??? NOTHING!! E-mails? Pffft! Whoopee. To sign up on a website just to sit there with a profile to say you're on it and do nothing else makes absolutely no sense to me. Too chickensh!t to post? Gimme a break. What's the worst that could happen? Somebody slaps you and takes away your birthday? That's as ridiculous as someone saying they're too chicken to get up on stage and sing karaoke. News flash: Nobody cares. If you're good, you will be acknowledged with attention. If you're not, don't worry about it, because nobody is going to remember you anyway. Don't lose sleep over it. |
