Hi snugs. Yeah go to that site. We were looking up candy and chocolate molds the other night. They had the cake molds too. Inexpensive. 6 to 12 bucks.

I got grandmas confectionery carosel. I'm thinking of making dark belgian chocolate candy using candy molds old world style. That site has the chocolate molds to make them. Being real dark alcohol chocolate, the chocolate will have to be tempered old world style. Purplecat is thinking about doing it also. You just need ingredients, a double boiler, a teaspoon, the chocolate molds, cooking thermometer, cooking paint brushes for confections, and patience.

Yeah, patience is a virtue. Remember the little white and black flower bite sized chocolates grandma had in the candy dish when we were little? That's what I'm shooting for. Take me a whole weekend to make a couple hundred of them.
