Very interesting list. I blame those who packaged and hawked the CDOs and CDSs. They knew they were fraudulent insurance risk scams with no financial backing. They were in the business of exploiting a loophole in financial regulation to value high risk low value swaps as if they were low risk high value bonds. This is/was obscenely criminal and I hope they make them pay back their ill-gotten gains.

Those who created, sold, insured, and rated the swaps raped us all. The government was asleep at the switch at the least and can easily be viewed as complicit in their lax oversight.

Several of the worst offenders do appear near the top of the list.

I'm glad to see the american consumer and Bill Clinton on that list - just not as high as I feel they should be.

Also lacking is the Repulican-led congress toward the end of Clinton's term that wrote the legislation that laid the groundwork.

And the Federal Reserve. That should be #1 on that list.

I have already seen a couple of these "lists" they are all slightly different so I don't know if the accuracy is as good as it should be.

Time only has the poll to have the people vote on someone, they hand picked to point the finger.

My list would be 10 times as long and I would be asking for their arrest and prosecution.
