Kristi I think I have a few better words for what I meant earlier on this now. I do have that love for myself and know in my heart that I need to keep that in order to be loved by another. What I want is for that other to love me within as well as physically. I want to me mentally challenged and swaddled in that love. Simply loving my body is not enough. Does that make more sense?

Vicki actually I understood you before believe me you do have the words and they do come across. I really think it was my words that in fact did not come out the way I meant them to. For when I said that one must find the love within first and let it spill out to those beyond in order to grasp the true meaning of love. In no way did I mean that you do not have the love within for I have seen your words and the way you treat others and it is very apparent that you have plenty of love for others. I guess what I was trying to get across is first and foremost one must learn to love themselves first and realize they are special never let others take you for granted. And never just settle for what love another gives in bits and pieces. At times we all need to take time to search within to find ourselves. At times we tend to loose who we are instead we pay so much attention to another we loose site of ourselves. Sad part of that is at times the ones we put first do not give back in return what in fact we have given them. We deserve it all and unless the other person is willing to love us completely as we give love then we will never feel what true love really feels like. When you find that person that can love you as much as you do them there will be no doubt when you look into their eyes. I believe that one must capture the mind first and once they can in fact capture your mind and keep that attention. Then without a doubt your heart will follow then two bodies can be within harmony as they become one. Sorry this is kind of long but I do hope you understand what I’m trying to say. 
You are a very good writer and your feelings do come through never doubt that for one minute. Actually I'm one that is long winded and when I do try to say it in a short and sweet way I do tend to loose the meaning behind what crossed my mind at the time.

Sometimes when I get caught up in an idea I try so hard to get it out that the thought just disappears. That gets so frustrating sometimes because I know I am my own worst critic.

You know one thing I have realized as I have gotten older is to easy up on myself. We strive to always do the right thing and when we feel we have not done what we know we could do. We tend to beat ourselves over the head
 always wanting things to be perfect or at least as good as we know we can do. We are in fact our own worst enemy.
At times we worry so much for we want others to see our best side that we get so wrapped up within these things we forget to just sit back and enjoy life more instead. You know actually all those things we feel we are being judged on they are not even noticing them as we do. Hummmm now I must ask for you to explain this sentence for I'm a bit confused with the meaning. I know how I would take it but just checking on if in fact to see if we take this two different ways or not. Just curious. "I hope you know your words and thoughts are shared with deaf ears or a blind soul with me" Well tell you what I thought after I see how you meant it/.
