 I got my first denial letter for graduate school!
I know I will get an acceptance letter for grad school, but I hope it is from one of the schools that I want to go to. Oh well! Screw that public policy program! See if I ever apply to them again! 
By the way, thanks to everyone who has been supportive and praying for me and my grad school application!

hey, what programs are you applying to??....I am trying to go to graduate school to get my PhD in Genetics and I just found out that I got accepted to Iowa State University and University of Tennessee...both great schools
you will get in somewhere and i hope that you get to choose where to go...but with that comes a BIG decision as to which one to go to GOOD LUCK!!! |

I got accepted to grad school in August 1989 and graduated in December 1989. I just started taking classes and never got around to writing the damn essay on myself; I applied while taking my last classes and my essay consisted of "Come on now, I have already done it".

Why don't you look into other policy programs like government policy, etc. Clinton has a school for that, so does Kennedy, I think you might even like Matthew Fox's school on Creative Spirituality as a policy tie-in.

i'd re-apply and ask why, try to find out what the deans common interests are and talk to him about that. it helps. do your research on the people side of things, and be the friend you are to us.....it will work magic.
