I love him but she got the prize.
I say to myself,if only he were mine
to be his gal would have been ever so
fine.
When i first laid eyes on him, i was hooked from the very start, this prince of a man had captured my heart.
all i could do was dream of him every waking moment of the day
all i could see was his golden blond hair, his blue eyes his winning smile and his charm that went along with his winning ways.
i thought about the thousand more things to him on my mind to say.
But as i read upon a news thread, he was in love with some sweet gal down in texas and they were soon to wed.
i found myself crushed and heartbroken, because this beauty took the prize token. I cried and walked away empty handed because a soulmate like him would be hard to find again. Now she is by his side to reign in life as his wife and blushing bride
I hope she knows how blessed she is, she got the prize, and i hope he knows the joy he gave me for one brief moment of the day, a smart handsome guy like him took time for lonesome me, he could have been my soulmate, but now just a friend and a happy memory!
No one will ever know the pain of loving that someone you just knew was the one for you!

I can relate, hapoens to us guys too. Good description of heart felt pain.

Even at times the ones we think is our everything there is a reason things happen as they do. The one that is truly for you when they come around they will not leave you in doubt thinking what could be instead they will be there before you to know without any doubt of what will be........
