What does that have to do with anything? If you leave some fruits of your struggle to your children, it might be said, that they are living of it. |

I am sure the oil companies are just going to eat the loss of increased taxation. Thats a good one..

I know a lot of hard working poor people who make sacrifices on a daily basis just to make ends meet. I have far more respect for them then the people who have endless amounts of money whining about paying income taxes. Do you also know a lot of so-called rich? Google 'street of dreams'. Fairly close to where I live.

most of the people around my area that i know started at as small ranchers or small business owners and their business grew.

Lol, we "squeeze" their profits, by paying more tax on what we buy from them, until such point that it is illegal to charge more, which is when they leave, then we b!tch about otsourcing and damn foreign goods. |

blah...do i thank Paris hiltion? hell no...why she fills my news and childs head with garbage..even britany spears..(dont think she was born rich...but she made herself and others a ton of money_)no thanx from me will she get.
I do think that guy at microsoft and the people of apple. Gotta love my Ipod. also...I thnak that lady at wally world the other day..she amde me smile while she scanned my groceries. and the CEO of my company...cuz im still gainfully employed. I thank him for not being a stupid buisnessman. i would also like to thank my childrens teachers (gotta love them) my papa, grandma, and mother for instilling a hardwork value into me. and MY OBGYN for delivering my babies...cuz he really did do a wonderful job. heres to ya  |

Anyway: Do you mean then, that as long as they pay their taxes, you're fine with them living off their inheritance? Not sure about the gift-horse, since you are the horse, not the government. Thus by arguing with the tax collectors, they are not looking in the mouth of a proverbial gift-horse. |

not sure there is anything wrong with an inheritance either. it's just a leg up on others is all. many that squander it wil lose it soon and will have to learn how to work. those that add to what tey have can survive if they lose their inheritance

The fact is most of the rich people out there didn't work a day in their lives. They inherited their wealth. They keep it by hiring someone else to keep investing that wealth. Not every rich person out there is a Donald Trump, Bill Gates, or Will Smith. patently false. yes a great deal is inherited but either way what business is it of yours?? what difference does it make? Don't you remember the words of your kindergarten teacher? let billy worry about billy and you just worry about yourself.. why are some people so obsessed with the wealth of others? go out there and scrape up some of your own and pass it on to your children so they won't have to be wards of the state or dependants on the goverment.. |
