... a devout religious believer? Not likely. I've tried it in the past -- the problem is, they always seem to want to convert me to whatever nonsense it is they believe in. I don't really believe in anything, and I'm not going to start just because someone says "Oh, you should believe the same thing I believe!" They'll have to do better than that.

It would depend on how "devout" she was- if she was one of those hard-core 'thumpers who was dating me only to somehow "convert" me from my hedonistic, sinnin' ways, then probably not. However, if she was dating me because she honestly wanted to date me (and just happened to be religious), then that'd be another story.

Heck I'm not even Atheist and if I was no way would I date someone that much into the church it would never work out now if may be different according to their views shshhs

Maybe I'll answer the question ... even though I'm not an atheist. I'm one of those CE churchgoers. (Christmas and Easter) ... but I'd date someone who didn't go to church.

"she's 20 years old .. time to spread her wings" I want to be independent and I can't do that living here. That and I want to learn to trust guys .. something that I also can't do under the same roof as my dad, the whole reason I don't trust guys. Oh!
