I can speak only for myself. What always seems to end my relationships in nagging women. "You should eat better" or "I don't like you hanging out with them" etc. (rolls eyes) I start looking for a new girlfriend very soon after the nagging starts.

This has prob already been said, but i think the number 1 reason is a breakdown in communications.

Because, the partners get wrapped up in a relationship that has a lot of physical passion and there is too much too fast with a lack of mental and emotional understanding that by the time things settle down one of the two who are engaged in the relationship realizes they this is not what they want or didn't understand the responsibility it takes to have a relationship in the first place, and the relationship falls apart.

because we live in a disposable society. We replace everything when it has problems, including our s.o.'s. That, and most are too damn lazy and self-centered to put forth the effort to make a relationship work. I see it everytime a person posts a question about a problem in a relationship...every one gives them the advice to dump it...very few advise to work through the problem.  Your words are very true!  |

Not many people seem to work at a relationship anymore.If a couple go through a bad patch many take the easy way and just throw it all away.A relationship needs to be worked at all the time or the rot sets in
