yellow rose, please stop the chicken little remarks we have our right to think what we want without you labeling it in a derrogatory way.

do you even know the story of it??? that is what this is. something from nothing and creating panic. look at the 1st few pages. everyone assumed that fema is onstructing concentration camps

you have every right to believe it but i have a right to not believe because their is no basis for it.

and creating a panic is what happens

rose, you can be entitled to your opinion on it. i never said this is what is happening right now, i said that it's better to be safe than sorry. as far as the chicken little, you have to admit, that just because you don't see it doesnt mean it isn't happening. so its not chicken little. i'm sitting here right now with a blanket on me, you could refute it by saying i don't because you don't see it. but that doesn't mean by any stretch of the word that i don't have a blanket on me. you are just adding fuel to fanta and quiet. and it is very degrading.

come on T2!!!!!!!!!

that is not how you presented the topic until near the end. if i missed you saying in the beginning that this is just a theory or just for discussion or something...that would be different

i saw some people think that it was factual...and it's not

there is no proof of it

just because no one on this forum has presented any proof doesnt mean that it's not happening and doesn't mean that there is no proof in the world about this.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to create panic. I'm not panicked. I was a few years ago when I started learning all this stuff but you can only remain panicked for so long then you just go crazy. laugh

But this does not come from nothing. All of this comes from facts. Sure there are people who exaggerate and go off the deep end and they love to spread panic.

We have to keep a cool head and yet keep our eyes open. Too many people are just like the cattle in the field grazing on the grass who have no idea that some day they could end up in a big mac hamburger bun. laugh

I don't get panicked anymore. I might some day, but for now I am just trying to live my life the best I can and speak the truth the way I see it.

Don't let them take your guns away though.

So Continuity of Government, which Congress isn't allowed to see, thats cool? The fact that these programs were set up under Rex 84 during the Reagan years, by none other than uber scumbag Ollie North. When North was asked about it by a Congressman, another instantly and in the PC talk of Washington told him to shut up about it?

Fact is this "program" and the tools to enact it have been under way for years. The aforementioned H.R. 645 just makes it "legal".
From H.R. 645:
(d) Preference for Designation of Closed Military Installations- Wherever possible, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall designate a closed military installation as a site for a national emergency center. If the Secretaries of Homeland Security and Defense jointly determine that there is not a sufficient number of closed military installations that meet the requirements of subsections (b) and (c), the Secretaries shall jointly designate portions of existing military installations other than closed military installations as national emergency centers.

(e) Transfer of Control of Closed Military Installations- If a closed military installation is designated as a national emergency center, not later than 180 days after the date of designation, the Secretary of Defense shall transfer to the Secretary of Homeland Security administrative jurisdiction over such closed military installation.

(f) Cooperative Agreement for Joint Use of Existing Military Installations- If an existing military installation other than a closed military installation is designated as a national emergency center, not later than 180 days after the date of designation, the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of Defense shall enter into a cooperative agreement to provide for the establishment of the national emergency center.

I would say anyone who tries to just produce one list or another isn't being totally honest and is misleading everyone else who sources those lists. If Congress isn't allowed to present oversight on Continuity of Government or Rex 84, then how am I or anyone to believe that anyone has proven exactly what sites are the Fema camps and which ones aren't?

Fact is our government and others for that matter are preparing for what they've been calling a "summer of rage", When MSM is forced to start talking about a "New World Order", when you can listen to leaders ranging from Gordon Brown to Putin, From Clinton to Bush, from Rockefeller to Brzezinski all talking about planning, creating and instituting a New World Order, I'd do more than parrot the old way of dealing with it by giving it the blanket statement of "conspiracy theory".
When does theory become fact? In this case, for some it's going to be when tyranny shows up on their doorstep in a uniform.

Continuity?

Are they allowed to devote ANY resources of the people at all, on the continuity?

Who cares? We can always elect new bribe takers and baby killers.

Declare yourself free. This is a free country regardless who thinks they own it. The ones who own it, stole it, so they are the criminals. The banks are the criminals for charging ridiculous interest on papers (loans and Federal reserve notes) that just represent debt. There is no real money.

Declare yourself sovereign, because you are. When tyranny raises its ugly head scream "tyranny!" at the top of your lungs. Its time to name names and point fingers and call a criminal a criminal. The problem with the system is the criminals make the laws... but they also break them. Catch them breaking their own laws and call them on it.

does everyone agree that the value of a piece of gold never changes, but the amount of dollars to buy it changes because the dollar increases and decreases in value?

Hey, lets all invest in Halliburton. We could actually own a little piece of our future homes.laugh

THE NEW WORLD DISORDER
Emergency detention plan:
'This way to the camps!'
Directive from Bush allows president
extraordinary powers in national crisis

Halliburton's former engineering and construction subsidiary has a contingency contract with the Department of Homeland Security to construct detention facilities in the event of a national emergency, according to WND columnist Jerome Corsi.

As Corsi reported last week, President Bush recently signed a little-reported National Security and Homeland Security Directive granting extraordinary powers to the president in the event of a declared national emergency, apparently without congressional approval or oversight.

Houston-based KBR was awarded an initial $385 million contract in January 2006 for one year, with four one-year options extended into 2007. KBR held a previous emergency detention contract with ICE from 2000 to 2005.

ICE spokeswoman Jamie Zuieback told Corsi the primary intent of the contract was to build temporary detention facilities that could be used in the event of a mass migration crisis, but she confirmed the facilities could be employed in national emergencies, including natural disasters.

"The idea of the KBR contract is to support the Army Corp of Engineers in case we experienced a sudden mass immigration and we had to respond quickly," she said. "We would need immediate detention facilities in the form of temporary housing that would enable us to determine if the large numbers of illegal immigrants were political or economically motivated, or if they were criminals or terrorists."

Corsi reported last week the May 9 directive signed by Bush concentrates an unprecedented amount of emergency authority in the office of the president, specifying the chief executive would have the authority to direct "National Essential Functions" of all federal state, local, territorial and tribal governments, as well as private sector organizations in the event of a national emergency.

The directive loosely defines "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy or government functions."

The KBR contingency contract appears to give ICE the ability to have detention facilities constructed under the president's direction in response to a national emergency as declared under the new directive.

ICE's Zuieback said she was not familiar with the directive, and at her request, Corsi e-mailed her the link to the White House's posting of the directive.

The White House has not responded to a request for comment on the story about the directive.

The illegals have all been purposefully let in. Sure, they may occupy them for a time to get people behind the idea. But then, dissenters will most likely occupy them.embarassed
