Hmmm. After reading through the posts here, it IS amazing anyone hooks up...ever! LOL! I only just joined, but this is not my first dating site. Yes, it's free...but so is common courtesy. There are women who do respond, even if it is with a "No, thank you."

Personally, I always respond to women...sometimes it's as simple as a "Hi, how are ya? Thanks for checking out my profile, but at this time I'm really into someone else I met on the site" or it could be a "Wow! Thanks for checking me out...I am truly complimented and right back at ya...so whaddya do for fun and relaxation". I don't think I have ever checked out someones profile and left without leaving a message...I feel if a lady checks my profile and doesn't respond, nothing big...no offense taken what-so-ever.

We should make it a part of the site where we can list women who just don't respond at all. Some of the women here really need to look in the mirror and take a good hard look at themselves! oh noooo not another I'm here so talk to me poster  No one is required to respond if they chose not to, haven't received/opened mail. Think some OP's should take a good hard look at themselves in the mirror.  |

The real solution is to post about 12,000 times in the forums -- then THEY will write to YOU -- or that's how it's worked for me, anyway. I gave up on sending out first e-mails ages ago. There was no point. I can be just as easily ignored, and with less effort expended, simply by not writing in the first place! |

Hey if you see unread deleted don't be disappointed, some users (.01%) get 100 new emails a day if they have a great picture up. People like that don't have time to read your message even if they wanted to. |
