 I'm as nice as a person is nice to me
That is how I try to be most of the time if I am able

no but it does send up some flags.  Do you ever wonder why that is?
Often most of my experiances have been they want something, and they think by being super nice they will get it  Yes, and occasionaly that can be used to a persons advantage if they know what the other person wants and why

of course. Only because they are covering for something they did, are going to do or for someone. They try to hard and come off as fake. Some people try to hard and reveal that they are fake
