A few movies have left my head spinning from either social edification, or simply because the scrip/cinematography was so mind-blowing.

- Higher Learning
- American History X
- 28 Days Later

Judgement at Nuremburg. Not just the movie, the circumstance when I first saw it.

Have to tell you a story to give context. 44 Years ago I was not quite seven and sitting in the living room watching the ABC Movie Of The Week which was a VERY BIG DEAL in the days before cable and video. It was the first ever TV showing of Judgement at Nuremburg. For those that do not know it is a movie about the trial of the Nazi war criminals. During the broadcast the network cut away from the movie for a special report from Selma, Alabama. I, and the rest of America, witnessed the Alabama law enforcement bashing in the skulls of men, women, and children. Juxtaposed as it was against the broadcast of the movie, it made me think that the Nazis were now in America. Unbelievably scary and real. 44 years ago I was 6. I still remember that moment like it was yesterday.

I don't follow the news or politics, but Michael Moore's films opened my eyes as to what is really going on in america...and I was quite disturbed by them.

"What The Bleep Do We Know?" kind of changed the way I think and view things.
