Of course the answer is YES based on the fact that it is of free choice to do or not do, nobody forces anyone to do anything just like if i choose to drink gasoline it does not mean everyone else will, and if everyone did start to drink gasoline would we ban it or would we just say "ah you go ahead it's just not for me"?????
We are a silly people slowly getting smarter!

Against; unless its production and transportation does not involve the abuse of third world peasants and then I would like to see regulations regarding doing things while being impaired.

the legalization of marijuana?

somewhat FOR....but only so we can tax the crap outta it. and it would have to be grown right here in the states. (period)
no foreign weed allowed for sale here.

serisouly...its less deadly than alcohol

oooooooooo

I have had my fill of "Sin" taxes Cat Honey......

My bag is the ONE thing that isn't taxed to death...

I would prefer to keep it that way.

KEEP IT ILLEGAL!!!!! I won't be able to afford it if it is legalized.

Nope...cheaper to post bail.

Less than $200 and you are out.

$100-$150 a legalized quarter...over the course of a year...it would definitely be cheaper to post bail.

I have to be the most sober person I know and I am not against it being legal. The only issue I have with it from being around my friends when they smoked is they are soooooo damn lazy after smoking. Not against lazy either but if one does not time when they smoke they will not be able to work or whatever they need to do. My observation here of course.

What you may be forgetting though Krupa is that if it is legalised you can grow your own..

And if you dont grow your own, someone else will grow it for you and sell it to you on the black market cheaper than the government.

Actually Dan...I have complete access to hydroponic grow equipment...cloned seed (of reeeeely good stuff.... 13th generation clone) and all the expert advise from a relative who is boxing up thier equipment (A $25,000 full auto independantly tracked grow system )

but, horticulture and botany aren't really my thing.

It'll become your thing if prices rise like you suggest.

You dont have to be an expert to grow anything. I once grew about 4 ounces of quality by sticking a seed in the ground, and that was in Englands crappy climate.

If it became legal, anyone that smokes it regularly and didnt grow their own would be a fool.
