i wood like to know what countrys will allow gay men or women to get married, i am gay but don't know if we can get married i know only a few states in the usa will allow it but what about the other countrys,

I found Canada,The Netherlands.The states were Mass.,Conn. New Jersy,New York,New Mexico and Vermont

Why is this important to you? I mean first you said "states" then other countries. Just curious. Thing is: marriage in these states may be legal for now...but there are reprocussions to the "marriage acts" of these states. Must do lots of research. Kat

The Netherlands was the first modern nation to legalize same-sex marriage in 2001. Same-sex marriages are also legal in Belgium, Spain, Canada, South Africa, and Norway. In Nepal, their authorization has been judicially mandated but not yet legislated. In the United States, same-sex couples can marry in Massachusetts and Connecticut, but their unions are not recognized nationally. -wiki
