OK everybody hands off my donut. I will have to fight Charlie for it. The little @#@$$#%@$ bite my foot yesterday. Had to break out the bandages.

That cat is brave, that's all I have to say for him!!!!!

Got a dusting of snow this morning. I hear we're supposed to get dumped on tonight. May get an extra day off from school. That's good news/bad news. I'll have to totally reaarange my school calendar.

I'm preparing for a recital next Sunday so I need to get out to practice again today. Put in a coule of hours yesterday. Fingers and feet are rusty. Need to get that high level of coordination back again. I'll be able to use that repertoire for 2 other gigs later in the month.

Other than practicing I'm just relaxing around home today.

My kitchen is still totally ripped up. Maybe I'll take a pic today of where they started to lay the floor tile. Then I can post it in my profile so you can see it. This renovation is going to take at least another couple of weeks. I hope by next weekend at least I can have my stove back.

Trying hard not to get the flu my daughter has. Poor thing is so sick.

But I am probably doomed!! Been taking care of her for 3 days now.

I went to get water from mom's house outdoor faucet. Told mom the road was clear from her house to the church. If my little old four banger van can make it I am sure her new six cylinder can make it. Mom's little dog didn't want to brave the snow this morning. He has a nice coat but he really needs some shoes. He is an old dog. Spent some time with my youngest brother. He is longer winded that me even. Got the toilet flushed and really looking forward to replacing the starter box in the well house this coming Friday. I spent some time with Brad who works as a volunteer for the local fire department. He told me probably what happened is that when the feedback happened when I short circuited the pressure switch it blew the large capacitor in the starter box. He told me to make sure the power was turned out and to replace the whole starter box and not just the capacitor. It made sense because I can remember that capacitors store energy. He said that the capacitors are hard to get separately and I can remember that they really pack a wallop because we would use to set them off like fire crackers in electrical class.

That sounds really good betty. I can't cook anything if i can't microwave it or put it in the toaster oven. Instant oatmeal is getting boring.
